2. Nationwide Warranty Assistance

Nationwide warranty assistance is available through participating WORLDPAC PAC network facilities for qualifying repairs for up to 3 Years / 36,000 Miles. Coverage availability, reimbursement procedures, and limitations are subject to PAC program terms and participating facility approval.

4. Major Assemblies

Complete engines, transmissions, transfer cases, differentials, remanufactured assemblies, used assemblies, and hybrid drive components are covered only under applicable supplier or manufacturer warranty terms unless otherwise stated on the repair order.

5. Accessories

Accessories installed by JCB Euro are covered for 1 Year / 12,000 Miles unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Warranty Exclusions & Limitations

Warranty coverage does not apply to:

  • Failures caused by overheating, abuse, neglect, misuse, racing, off-road competition, collision damage, environmental contamination, or improper maintenance.
  • Failures resulting from aftermarket tuning, suspension modifications, oversized tires/wheels, or non-OEM system alterations.
  • Customer-supplied parts.

7. Consequential Damage Limitation

Warranty coverage is limited to the originally repaired component and excludes consequential, incidental, secondary, or collateral damage resulting from failure of covered or non-covered components.

Warranty repairs must be performed by JCB Euro or an authorized participating warranty facility. Prior authorization is required for outside warranty repairs except in emergency situations where authorization cannot reasonably be obtained.

9. Warranty Liability Limit

Warranty liability shall not exceed the original repair invoice amount for the covered repair.

10. Right to Inspect

JCB Euro reserves the right to inspect any vehicle or component prior to warranty approval and may require diagnostic verification before authorizing warranty coverage.
